I started work at the ripe old age of 14 as a Subway employee at a local gas station. I was so proud of my work, and when I got my first $200 paycheck, I could not have been more excited. Since that day, I have worked upwards of three jobs at a time, so I am no stranger to the hustle. This work ethic has allowed me to appreciate those who have traveled this same road. But I wanted to do more than just appreciate my fellow working class. I wanted to show them off.

I started working with my dad, who opened his own electrical contracting business in 2017. When you work at a startup, you wear many hats, but the one I wore best was social media manager. I had also been bartending for 10 years at that point and was desperate for an income replacement that would let me do what I loved: connecting with people. So I took a chance on myself, quit bartending, and started looking for businesses that could use a social media manager. One late-night Facebook post and a few DMs later, I had my first two clients, and Marshall Marketing & Media got its big start. Since then, I have helped businesses reach millions of customers they never would have been in front of had they not been willing to put themselves out there. It started with the trades, but I quickly learned that connecting with people is the backbone of every service-based business.

I’m not your typical “social media girl.” I am Hunter. I take the time to build with you, your team, AND your customers. I don’t just show up, take a couple of shots, and leave. I grow with you, I learn with you, and I will not give up until everyone sees what I already know: that you are the absolute best at what you do.
